I need all the help I can get on purchasing a men's complete gold set?
My fiance has recently picked up golfing. I'm looking to buy him a new or used set, I've checked out eBay, Craigslist and sporting stores around here but I came into a problem-I really have no idea what I'm looking for. Haha. I know nothing about differences in clubs or sets. He goes to driving ranges and plays the 3 par 18 hole courses, if that helps.
I'm looking for information on the differences in clubs and sets. Or if you could show me a good club set, that'd be great.

your key phrase here is "recently picked up golfing" that means he is just getting started so investing in a great set before he gets going is a waste of money. When I started I went to a store called Big5 sporting goods and bought a complete set which included the bag. He has yet to know what he needs but a good inexpensive set is a good start without investing tons of $$$. Some Pro golfers use/lend there name like John Daley or Jack Nicholas both have great starter sets with all he will need even the putter. As time goes by and B-Days & X-Mas comes you can upgrade.
