Golf Club Distances - Don’t Mess Up With The Club You Join!
In the latter case, you must possess good knowledge about your abilities and the correct golf club distance to choose for every shot. Picking the correct golf club distances would ensure that you are playing under par most of the times as you are hitting just the right distances. For the uninitiated, following are some useful tips regarding the golf club distances:
Picking the Right Club Distance is not Science
There are no defined measurements available to assist a player in picking up the correct golf club distance. The choice of the club that a person uses entirely depends on his/her experience and rough estimates. It is commonly observed that the professional players often hit long distances than amateurs and the men mostly hit the golf balls further than the women.
While such observations do suggest that it is a thinking job to pick up the correct golf club distance, they also mean that there is nothing called an incorrect golf club distance. Hence, there is no right or wrong golf club, there is only a perfect golf club depending on the persons physical abilities and requirements. To give you an example, a professional golfer might hit the ball as far as 280 - 320 yards. On the contrary, an amateur may only have the range of 195 - 205 yards.

This topic can be discussed for as long as one would want, however, what is important to know is that as you intensify your practice on the golf course, you will naturally get better with your choice of golf club distances.
