Scottsdale-A Mecca For Arizona Sun Worshippers
The desert Community of Scottsdale, Arizona is located in the beautiful Sonoran Desert in the Phoenix metro area. This is a lushly green desert, due to the numerous golf courses that grace this part of Arizona. This desert mountain community has received award after award for it innovative golf courses and the architectural rich real estate that make up Scottsdale. Scottsdale is bordered by Phoenix on the west, Tempe on the south and the River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community on the east.
Real estate in Scottsdale includes a diverse selection of housing from average family homes and condominiums, luxury townhouses, some patio homes to many very large executive homes that often are adjacent to one of the numerous golf courses or country clubs. Many of the residents work at one of the seventy resorts that grace this city. Some of the innovative new home developments in Scottsdale include:
Winfield consists of five hundred and seventy home sites in a guarded gated community. These homes range from average size family homes to very large executive housing. Pulte Homes' luxury homes division is the builder for this subdivision.
DC Ranch, is a mastered planned community with the potential of eight thousand homes, new schools and retail establishments along with several parks and other gathering areas.. Each neighborhood is planned for forty to sixty homes in an intimate environment to promote neighbor interaction.
Desert Highlands is a golf community consisting of eight hundred seventy five home sites peppered amongst eight hundred fifty acres of lush Sonoran desert. Over four hundred custom homes have been completed in Desert Highlands, with numerous parcels of land still available for new home construction.
Grayhawk is located in North Scottsdale. This community consists of two distinct but interconnected neighborhoods, the Park and The Retreat. They are connected by a thirty-mile trail system for that is wonderful for walking, jogging and biking. Grayhawk boasts to golf courses the Talon and the Raptor, with numerous homes surrounding the courses.
Perhaps the reason Scottsdale continues to grow in a phenomenal pace is because, as you can see, homes are offered at every price range and taste.
