It is true that some professionals like to select every club individually as per their specific requirement; it may be too much of a hassle for the weekend player to get into that. Well, if you a professionally qualified player one can understand if you want to select every club of your kit to specific requirement. But if you are a beginner do not get carried away with this idea when you see a pro buying individual clubs. The kit bag generally has pockets to hold your other odds and ends while a more comprehensive kit would include accessories such as gloves as well. What you buy is more of a preference based option, and one that is only limited by your needs and by your personal budget.
